IT Trainer

ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as an IT Trainer for immediate opportunities in Toronto. This is a hybrid role with three days per week onsite.

ROLE: IT TRAINER

Qualifications:

- Able to provide classroom and/or personal one-on-one computer software training of Windows OS and various software including Microsoft Office products (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPont/SharePoint)
- Designed, developed, and delivered classroom and e-learning courses
- Experience conducting training sessions varying from 1/2 day to 2-day seminars for groups
- Trained on a variety of software packages, entry-level through advanced
- Management of computer lab, planning of classroom computer training, and assisting end-users with hardware issues (i.e., printers, peripherals, keyboards, boardroom A/V equipment)
- Monitored, evaluated, and recorded trained activities for staff
- Presented information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, etc.

Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, MBA) and/or vendor technical certifications are desirable criteria for our selection.
