**Fire Safety Planner**

Elite Fire Protection is looking for a Fire Safety Planner to join our growing team. The successful applicant would work closely with the Fire Safety Department to conduct site visits, create and modify architectural drawings in AutoCAD, and produce reports.

**Position Requirements**
- Doing site visits for walkthroughs, gathering information for Fire Safety Plans.
- Proficient using AutoCAD
- Modifying and redrawing architectural drawings into mínimal floor plans by removing extra layers and details.
- Assisting with creating project folders, preparing documents and data entry.
- Installing Fire Extinguishers and Fire equipment.

**Skills**
- Knowledge and Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, Word and AutoCAD
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Team player
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Understanding building fire codes **(an asset but can be taught).**

Elite Fire Protection is a full-service fire protection company that conducts inspection, testing, maintenance, construction, repair and installation of; Fire alarm systems, Emergency lighting, Exit lighting, Wet and dry sprinkler systems, Kitchen suppression systems, Specialty suppression systems, Pre-action systems, Fire extinguishers, Standpipe and hose cabinet systems, Fire hydrants, Backflow prevention devices. These services are provided to the Fraser Valley/Lower Mainland, Metro Vancouver and surrounding Municipalities as well as the Sunshine Coast.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
