- Program CNC machines in accordance with product specifications
- Manufacture parts in accordance with specification
- Trim, deburr and split seals to specifications.
- Perform routine daily maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Develop processes/procedures that are aligned with organizational strategic goals in collaboration with the Production Manager
- Machining experience is essential with preference being given to those who have worked in an ISO environment as well as experience operating DMH Machining Software.
- Experience with plastics and rubber/seal machining
- Familiarity with CNC lathes, manual lathes, and tools used for these machines.
- Efficient with all types of measuring instruments
- Advanced mathematical skills
- Strong and confident communication skills in English
- Solid problem-solving skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Great organizational skills
- Strong work ethic with positive energy and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
