Wild Rose Co-operative Association Ltd. is recruiting for a Full Time Petroleum Sales Representative who will specialize in sales at our very fast-growing Killam Bulk Plant. As well, leverage sales across our other commodities such as Agricultural and Home and Farm center.

**What you’ll do**:
Roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- develop and build petroleum, oil and lube sales in local and expanding trading area;
- provide customers with good, efficient, courteous service;
- utilize and initiate customer contact programs;
- resolve customer concerns;
- aid in the development and understand business planning, budgets and price strategy;
- utilize the BRIC system;
- adhere to all Wild Rose Co-op policies and procedures;
- perform other duties as assigned.

This position requires the use of computers, as well as heavy lifting of products.

**Who you are**:

- Post-secondary education in the areas of Sales and marketing.
- Possess the ability to work as part of a team with excellent leadership, communication skills (written and oral), listening skills, ability to ask questions and persuasive;
- Have Business insight - Understand financial statements and inventory controls and Marketing;
- Ability to Plan and Align - Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals;
- Technical Savvy - can anticipate and adopt innovations in business sales technologies;
- 2 to 5 years proven sales in the retail administrative, warehousing and dispatch; knowledge of the agricultural industry;
- Ability to Balances Stakeholders - anticipates the needs of multiple stakeholders;
- A valid Class 5 license and clean drivers abstract;
- Related experience in the Co-operative Retailing System is considered an asset;
- Be able to travel at least 60% locally and 20% throughout Western Canada.

This position will report to the Petroleum Sales Supervisor.

Hours of this position will be 40 hours per week, some on-call, weekends and overtime may be required. This is a salaried position. This position will require lifting to 50 lbs. and being physically fit. This position will include a company truck and cell phone and will require travelling around the sales area performing customer sales calls and deliveries daily.
