**ABOUT THE POSITION**

We are looking for a Dishwasher to fill out the team on a full-time or part-time permanent basis. It is essential that you enjoy a fast-paced work environment and feel comfortable working both alone, and/or within a team.

**WHO WE ARE**
We are independent owners of a new restaurant in the final stages of the construction of our new building in the Riversdale neighbourhood. The space is a brand new build from the ground up, with a mid-century modern design, all new kitchen equipment, and a focus on great food alongside craft cocktails and local beers.

We will look to use global inspiration to highlight the bounty of Saskatchewan’s farmers and producers, and therefore experience with a number of cuisines will be considered an asset. We know that collaboration is the foundation for hospitality.

**COMPENSATION**
- Competitive hourly pay: $15-$17/hour depending on experience
- Discount on meals (on shift and while visiting restaurant)

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Ensure a clean and sanitary stock of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots/pans, and cooking equipment is consistently available for kitchen and food service
- Operate dishwashing equipment in a safe and controlled manner
- Unload dishware, distributing and storing in designated storage areas
- Sort, stack, and load dirty dishware into dish racks in an organized manner to maximize machine capacity and reduce breakage
- Ensure that the dishwashing area and equipment is always maintained at the highest level of cleanliness
- Maintain ongoing communication with all departments affecting the kitchen.
- Aid kitchen staff in food prep
- Ensure the highest level of hygiene and food safety is adhered to according our standards
- Consistently conduct yourself in a professional and positive manner
- Perform other related duties as required

**WHAT YOU HAVE**
- Previous experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills required
- Strong English communication skills with ability to establish and develop relationships with team members, partners, and customers
- Ability to maintain professionalism, control, and composure in difficult and stressful situations
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Food safe certification preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
