**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.
Suggest menu items and beverages based on customer preferences and answer questions about menu offerings.
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality presentation.
Anticipate customer needs, promptly addressing any concerns or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Beverage Preparation**:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks.
Ensure accurate pouring, mixing, and garnishing of beverages according to standard recipes and company guidelines.
Maintain knowledge of current beverage trends, including seasonal cocktails and local craft beers, to provide recommendations to customers.

**Cash Handling and POS Operation**:Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system effectively to process orders, generate bills, and record payments.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of daily sales and tips.

**Cleanliness and Organization**:Set up and organize the bar area before opening and restock supplies as needed during shifts.
Ensure the bar area, tables, and workstations are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Adhere to sanitation and safety standards, following proper food handling and hygiene practices.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred, but not required. We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess a valid Smart Serve certification (or equivalent).
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
