We need this inspired individual to join the MSP team as the **Bilingual Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician** at Clinique Chloé, one of Montreal’s renowned medical aesthetics clinics. Clinique Chloé has established a strong, high-end profile in the Montreal market, and this role will be responsible for patient services and continuing to elevate this prestigious brand. This role will be based out of Clinique Chloé; 20 hours minimum per week.

**Specifically, the Bilingual Medical Aesthetician will**:

- Provide our dedicated patients a five-star luxury experience and care
- 2 years medical aesthetics and/or laser tech experience
- Experience working with IPL, Microneedling, and VBeam technologies
- Educate, recommend and sell the best suited patient treatment and skincare
- Build patient trust through relationships
- Deliver the best patient experience and outcomes for our patients
- Positive "can-do" attitude
- Team player who works well independently
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
- Track and maintain all patient data on PMS systems

**Do you have what it takes**:

- Minimum of 2 years of medical aesthetics / laser technician experience (required)
- Experience with Laser and/or Energy-Based technology (required)
- Experience supporting a high-end, premium brand in medical aesthetics, fashion, or beauty is a strong asset
- Retail sales experience (preferred)
- Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance (required)
- Fluent in both French and English (required)
- Exceptional people skills
- Strong computer skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work successfully both independently and within a team dynamic
