Your future duties and responsibilities
Analysis of user requirements, project design, strong project implementation in HCM modules, post-implementation support, and roll-out.
Responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining SAP HCM and Payroll modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of HR business processes.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve any system issues related to HCM and Payroll modules.
Develop and maintain system documentation.

Expertise in handling payroll schemas, and Canadian payroll-related processes' configuration.
Deep understanding and hands-on with PCR’s, operations, and functions
Handling independently SAP HCM/PY CLC, year-end changes, and HRSPS
Configure SAP HCM Benefits and Payroll integration, complete test plans, and documents solution
Provides technical support, including reviewing system configurations, providing expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution
Works closely with customers to answer their questions in SAP HCM and Payroll, as it pertains to their respective areas of expertise, and provides technical direction to customers.
Handle production issues in SAP HCM modules - PA, OM, Time, Benefits, and Payrolls
SuccessFactors knowledge in configuring, and maintaining SuccessFactors Talent Management modules such as Performance and Goals, Learning, and Recruiting.
SuccessFactors integration-related configuration in the SAP HCM system would be a benefit
Analyzes customer business requirements and translates those requirements into SuccessFactors workbook specifications
Provide technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve any system issues related to SuccessFactors modules.
Develop and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure system efficiency and data accuracy.
Keep up-to-date with new releases and updates from SuccessFactors and provide recommendations for system improvements.
Develops and implements test plans and documents solution
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
At least 3-5 full cycles of complex project implementations should be completed in SAP HCM and Payroll, preferably Canadian payroll
Full lifecycle SAP HCM implementation experience including an in-depth understanding of SAP Integration
Experience working with teams located in different geographical locations
Solid Understanding of HR Business Processes
Experience with SuccessFactors
Experience with Hana Cloud Platform/CPI
Strong Technical and functional expertise in the core SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, Benefits, Time, Canadian Payroll
SAP certification in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules is a benefit
