Corpay is currently looking to hire a Product Support Manager within our payments division.
How We Work
As a Product Support Manager, you will be expected to work in a remote environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

**The responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Manage the team of Production Support Analysts to provide technical support for Corpay Proprietary Systems
- Monitor the production support request queue and prioritize accordingly
- Ensure support tickets are actioned in a timely manner
- Understand when to escalate issues to the Production Support Director and the Development team
- Perform database queries using SQL
- Understanding of the deployment cycle
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to deliver prompt and informative responses
- Work with internal sales, development and support teams, as well as other internal stakeholders, to fully leverage the capabilities of the organization to drive sales and satisfy our customers.
- Recognize and bring to the Director cases when persistent similar support requests may indicate issues with the code or where improvements can be applied.
- Assist, mentor and train team members

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or certification in IT
- 3+ years of technical support experience in a similar role
- 3+ years of working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with JavaScript, C#, VB, HTML, CSS is an advantage
- Experience with technologies such as SOAP, JSON and XML is an advantage
- Experience in maintaining knowledge base such as Wiki and Confluence is an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in the financial or payments industry is highly desirable
