Parts Advisor

**Duties**:

- Fulfill customer orders for automotive parts and accessories
- Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Maintain an organized inventory system
- Market and promote available parts and accessories to customers
- Use math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and taxes
- Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure efficient operations
- Utilize retail math principles to manage inventory levels and stock rotation
- Proficient in using Excel or other software for tracking inventory

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive parts retail environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
