Edmonton, Canada Sunridge Ski Area Full time

Are you looking to share your passion for skiing & riding on the slopes this season? The weekday Sunridge Snow School Instructor will teach group lessons to school groups throughout the season. Must be available to work weekdays, including during the Christmas and spring breaks. Instructors that work a minimum of 3-weekday shifts per week, throughout the season, may be eligible for a family pass.
- This role typically pays between $15.00 and $16.50. Actual pay will be dependent on experience and lessons taught._

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work together with a team of instructors to organize classes and students according to individual student experiences and abilities
- Teach and demonstrate skiing and snowboarding to classes in a safe environment using a variety of teaching techniques as well as skiing/snowboarding techniques
- Provides exceptional guest service while always maintaining safety as a priority.
- Works with fellow employees and independently with group of students.

**Key Qualifications**
- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Ability to ski/snowboard, demonstrating maneuvers to students

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Ski Instructor: 1 year (preferred)
- Snowboard Instructor: 1 year (preferred)
