ONE Fertility Burlington is a state-of-the-art full service fertility centre devoted to providing specialized fertility care, treatment and counselling. In the Clinic-aide role, you will support ONE Fertility’s overall goal of achieving excellent patient care by supporting the facility operations, administration, and clinical teams.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Effectively communicating and interacting with patients, in a courteous and professional manner and guiding them to examination or procedure rooms
- Cleaning examination rooms, procedure rooms and ensuring overall cleanliness of the clinic
- Ordering and restocking single use medical supplies throughout the clinic
- Performing laundry duties, including washing and folding linens and uniforms
- Facilitating reprocessing of medical and laboratory equipment, including collecting, decontaminating, sterilizing and repackaging devices
- Participating in continuous quality assessment and risk management on an ongoing basis
- Completing assigned clerical/data entry/administrative duties, as appropriate
- Performing other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of Grade 12 diploma is essential
- 1-2 years of recent relevant experience within a clinic setting would be an asset
- Demonstrated interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated initiative and flexibility to meet workload demands

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
