**Job Overview**
**Duties**:
- Assist in preparation, grilling and cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Support kitchen staff with various tasks as needed
- Follow food safety guidelines and procedures
- Help with basic cooking tasks under supervision
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a Mediterranean restaurant work with kababs and grilling
- Knowledge of food handling practices and basic cooking techniques
- MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH AND ARABIC
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff
