Groundskeeper/maintenance

Working with the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance/Groundskeeper will be responsible for keeping the Tim Hortons properties clean, safe and audit ready.

Responsibilities include:
Assisting with General Repairs and Maintenance

Morning routine of inspection of Restaurants to ensure cleanliness inside and outside of the Restaurant

Changing garbage inside and outside of the Restaurant as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the garbage can itself

Keeping the parking lot free of debris i.e. cigarette butts, cups, litter

Maintaining the cleanliness of the Dumpster areas

Cleaning light lenses as well as changing light bulbs

Painting

General grounds keeping including mowing, pruning, whipper snipping, and clearing catch basins

Ensuring safety of Guests by Salting for ice and snow removal

Clearing snow from entrance and exit doors

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Organized and able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Valid G Drivers License
