**Who You Are**:

- A strong leader with at least 3 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
- Passionate about delivering outstanding guest and staff experiences
- Highly organized with excellent administrative skills
- Experienced with restaurant POS systems, scheduling, inventory, and ordering
- Tech-savvy with some experience managing social media platforms
- A clear and effective communicator who can motivate and support a team
- A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Leading and supporting the front-of-house team to provide exceptional service
- Managing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and organization
- Overseeing staff scheduling, inventory management, and ordering
- Handling guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Assisting with social media engagement and promotions
- Cultivating a positive and collaborative workplace culture

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
