Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) administrat (eur/rice) qualifié et doté de compétences interpersonnelles pour rejoindre notre équipe de gestion d’immobilier.
- Tenir à jour le registre des loyers et le recouvrement des loyers.
- Préparer les contrats de location et les renouvellements de bail.
- Assister et coordonner plusieurs tâches connexes avec la gestion d’immeubles.
- Assurer une bonne communication avec le personnel de l'immeuble, le personnel de bureau, les locataires et les entrepreneurs/fournisseurs de manière professionnelle et efficace.
- Répondre, filtrer et transférer les appels téléphoniques entrants provenant des locataires concernant des plaintes ou des demandes d’entretien.
- Transcrire et mettre en page des lettres, rapports, tableaux et autres documents.
- Assumer la responsabilité du classement et appliquer la procédure d’archivage.
- Tenir l'inventaire et commander les fournitures de bureau.
- Rédiger des notes, projets de réponse et accusés de réception.
- Organiser, conserver et maintenir à jour divers documents.
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches en lien avec la nature de ces fonctions.

Exigences
- Expérience dans le secteur de l’immobilier ou administration (2 ans minimum).
- Excellente connaissance des logiciels Microsoft Office et autres (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint, Adobe, Teams etc.)
- Bilingue parlé et écrit (Anglais et Français).
- Organisé, autonome et travailler en équipe.

Scolarité et expérience
- Diplôme d’études secondaires.

Job description

We are seeking a property administrator with strong interpersonal skills to join the management team.
- Enter rent collection data in spreadsheet and maintain accurate records of tenant payments and account balances.
- Prepare lease agreements and lease renewals and ensure they are signed and executed in a timely manner.
- Assist and coordinate property maintenance tasks alongside the property manager.
- Liaise with building staff, office staff, tenants, and contractors/vendors in a professional and efficient manner.
- Answer, filter, and transfer incoming calls from tenant inquiries or complaints and prospect lease rental leads.
- Properly archive and classify various documents.
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Property management or related administrative experience (2 years minimum)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other (Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Adobe, Teams etc.)
- Bilingual spoken and written (English and French).
- Organized, ability to work autonomously, and be part of a team.

Education
- High school diploma
