**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to assess the strengths and weaknesses of existing computer systems and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement in data management and system efficiency
- Design, build, or suggest improved systems to address identified weaknesses and enhance organizational operations
- Work effectively with diverse teams, understand team dynamics, and contribute positively to group settings
- Encourage and implement process improvements to optimize system performance
- Utilize common programming languages, such as SQL, C++, Java, and XML, to develop and maintain efficient systems
- Assist with data, network, and system administration tasks as needed
- Contribute to the planning and execution of the 2023 Coding Camp by leading workshops and sharing your expertise with youth participants

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of common programming languages, such as SQL, C++, Java, and XML
- Experience with data maintenance, network administration, and system administration is a plus
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capability to work well in a team setting
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing charitable organization

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
