**About this role**:
**In this role, you will**:

- Primary focus is to review and audit financial records such as bank statements, bills of sale, trial balances, etc. to ensure compliance with repayment terms.
- When necessary, you may have to physically inspect inventory and assess the condition to confirm the collateralized position.
- Reconcile discrepancies with the customer and document details to support the final financial review and inventory inspection results.
- Build relationships with customers through setting expectations, answering questions, providing support with payment systems and raising customer growth inquiries to our commercial and portfolio teams.
- Communicate with manager, account manager and peers to resolve issues and escalate risks.
- Exercise judgement in determining the cause of discrepancies.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 6+ months of Collateral Examination experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Must be bilingual in French and English

**Desired Qualifications**:

- 6+ months of auditing experience (for example, inventory auditing in restaurant or retail industries)
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to anticipate and adapt to rapidly changing, growth-oriented environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Proficient knowledge of business practices and processes.
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to negotiate with customers to obtain necessary documentation.
- Strong problem solving and mathematical skills

**Job Expectations**:

- 100% remote work location is available for this position
- When required, must be willing to travel overnight
- Ability to push/pull 50 pounds and lift 25 pounds
- When required, ability to work in outdoor environments up to 8 hours per day
- When required, ability to travel daily
- When required, must have reliable transportation for on-site visits

**À propos de ce poste**:
**Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous devrez**:

- Par priorité, analyser et vérifier les dossiers financiers, tels les relevés de compte, les actes de vente, les balances générales, etc. afin d'assurer le respect des modalités de remboursement
- Au besoin, procéder à une inspection physique des stocks et à l'évaluation de leur état pour valider la situation en termes de garanties.
- Faire un rapprochement des écarts avec le client et documenter les détails en appui de l'examen financier final et des résultats de l'inspection des stocks.
- Établir des relations avec les clients en définissant des attentes, en répondant à leurs questions, en leur apportant une assistance en matière de systèmes de paiement et en formulant des demandes de renseignements des clients en matière de développement auprès de nos équipes commerciales et de gestion de portefeuille.
- Communiquer avec le directeur, le directeur de compte et les homologues afin de résoudre les problèmes et de faire part des risques à une instance supérieure.
- Faire preuve de discernement pour déterminer la cause des écarts.

**Qualifications requises**:

- Minimum de 6 mois d'expérience en matière d'examen des garanties ou une expérience équivalente attestée par la possession de l'un ou d'une combinaison des éléments suivants : expérience professionnelle, formation, expérience militaire, éducation.
- Bilingue français-anglais

**Qualifications souhaitées**:

- Minimum de 6 mois d'expérience en vérification (par exemple, vérification des stocks au sein d'un restaurant ou du secteur de la vente au détail).
- Expérience du service à la clientèle
- Capacité de travailler de manière autonome et au sein d'une équipe.
- Capacité à anticiper et à s'adapter à un environnement en évolution rapide, axé sur la croissance.
- Bonnes compétences de communication orale et écrite
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et prise de décision
- Compétences de niveau intermédiaire quant à la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint)
- Bonne connaissance des pratiques et processus commerciaux.
- Capacité de travailler avec une supervision mínimale
- Capacité de négocier avec les clients pour obtenir les documents nécessaires.
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et mathématiques.
