Je recherche une personne dévouée pour vivre avec moi et m’assister dans mes activités quotidiennes et sportives.

Je suis un athlète paralympique qui pratique le boccia (semblable à la pétanque), et ma vie est dynamique et intense. J’ai besoin de quelqu’un pour me soutenir dans ma vie personnelle et mes activités sportives, y compris lors de 3 à 6 compétitions par an, au Canada et à l’international.

**Rémunération**
- 4 500 $ à 6 000 $ par mois (y compris une période de formation rémunérée d’environ 1 mois).

**Horaires de travail**
- Flexibles, avec des périodes de vacances à discuter.

**Expérience préférée (facultatif)**
- Kinésiologie, massothérapie, physiothérapie, éducation physique ou domaines connexes.
- Métiers de la santé tels qu’infirmier(ère), auxiliaire de soins, ergothérapeute ou préposé(e) aux bénéficiaires.

**Responsabilités**

Soins personnels:

- Habillage/déshabillage, transferts (avec un lève-personne), toilette, aide à l’alimentation et mobilité.
- Soins corporels/bucco-dentaires et entretien mineur du fauteuil roulant.

**Tâches ménagères**
- Ménage, cuisine, lessive, courses, petites réparations et soins pour mes deux chats.

**Assistance sportive**
- Accompagnement pendant les entraînements et compétitions de boccia.
- Préparation des entraînements, prise de notes, collecte des balles (200 par séance), tournage vidéo, hydratation et collations.

**Travail de bureau**
- Gestion du courrier, classement de documents, remplissage de formulaires.

**Informations supplémentaires**
- Lieu : Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie, proche de toutes commodités.
- Hébergement : Espace privée avec lit, rangements, bureau, climatisation, télévision, internet, Netflix et Disney+.
- Présence nocturne principalement pour les urgences.
- Frais couverts : activités de loisirs et culturelles, repas pendant les sorties (sauf alcool).

**Exigences**
- Non-fumeur.
- Permis de conduire valide avec dossier à jour (véhicule fourni).
- À l’aise avec les tâches de soins personnels.
- Bilinguisme (français/anglais, ou espagnol/portugais) est un atout.
- Bonne condition physique et capacité à suivre les instructions.

**Home Care Assistant (Live-in Caregiver) and Sports Assistant**

**Description**

I am looking for a dedicated individual to live with me and assist in both my daily and sporting activities.

I am a Paralympic athlete competing in boccia (similar to pétanque), and my life is dynamic and fast-paced. I need someone to support me in my personal life and athletic pursuits, including traveling for 3-6 competitions per year, both in Canada and internationally.

**Compensation**
- $4,500-$6,000 per month (including a paid training period of about 1 month).

**Work Schedule**
- Flexible, with vacation periods to be discussed.

**About Me**

I am confident, dynamic, and deeply committed to my sport.

**Preferred Experience (Optional)**:

- Kinesiology, massage therapy, physiotherapy, physical education, or related fields.

**Responsibilities**

Personal Care:

- Dressing/undressing, transfers (using a lift), bathing, feeding assistance, and mobility.
- Body/oral care and minor wheelchair maintenance.

Household Tasks:

- Cleaning, cooking, laundry, shopping, minor repairs, and care for my two cats.

Sports Assistance:

- Support during boccia practices and tournaments.
- Training preparation, note-taking, ball collection (200 per practice), filming, hydration, and snacks.

Office Work:

- Handling mail, filing documents, and completing forms.

- Location: Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie, close to all amenities.
