Volunteer Tax Analyst

Woodbridge, Canada Total Tax Solutions Inc. Full time

Job duties includes:
1) Recording transactions in QuickBooks and Excel.

2) Preparing GST/HST Returns, Bi-weekly Payroll, WSIB Returns.

3) Assisting in preparation of Personal Tax Returns.

4) Communicating with clients and Canada Revenue Agency.

5) Document creation and maintenance using MS Word, Profile and Excel.

6) Other office duties as they arise.

1) Basic accounting and tax knowledge.

2) Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.

3) Recent Accounting diploma(2 years minimum) or degree in Accounting.

4) Basic tax return preparation is an asset.

5) Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.

6) Customer service, communication and client relationship skills are must.

7) Training will be provided/may need to work independently.

**Salary**: Unpaid/Volunteer position. $500 Travel & Food allowance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 3 months
