Country Hills Chrysler is looking for a full time Receptionist to join their team

The Receptionist will assist the sales department with various day to day needs as well as providing exceptional customer service. Sales Managers or the General Manager may provide direction on tasks that need to be completed throughout the day. Primary areas of focus will be dealing with customers, distributing sales leads and managing the inventory.

Hours of work: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Essential functions of the position:
1. Customers
- Answer phones and greet customers in a professional manner
- Dispatch sales/internet leads to sales consultants
- Collect/Refund customer deposits
- Handle overflow calls from service and take messages if necessary

2. Inventory
- Update invoices from manufacturer into DMS (accounting update, assign stock numbers)
- Stock in vehicles that come in from transport (update DMS)
- Create vehicle files (invoice, NVIS)/key tags/window hangers
- Create PDI work orders for new units that come in from transport
- Input incoming dealer trades into CDK
- Print recalls for vehicles on delivery

3. Administrative
- Handle courier incoming/outgoing for sales department
- Order business cards for sales department
- Cheque control (log book)
- Ensure supplies are adequate (file folders, paper for printer, etc) in work space
- Create deal jackets for sales department
- Keep files for vehicles organized and in sequence
- Manage file/key log book
- Manage dealer plates log book
- Manage gas cards
