The Humberview Group is looking for a competent **Computer Helpdesk Technician** to provide fast, efficient, and friendly computer technical assistance to corporate Team Members.

You will provide assistance on both hardware, and software issues in a team environment. The **Helpdesk Technician** will work with senior Team Members to deploy new equipment.

**Driving is a requirement.** A valid Ontario G license, road worthy vehicle, and vehicle insurance are needed.

**Please note: This position is located on-site at **all** Humberview locations, including the Technology Department's central office at **_1650 The Queensway, Toronto_**_._** Cents per Kilometer compensation provided for travel as per Canada Revenue Agency.**

**Computing Environment**:

- Hardware - Servers and computers standardized on Dell. Network and telecom standardized on Cisco.
- Software - Employee directory, file and printer sharing standardized on Microsoft Windows Server. Automotive line of business standardized on CDK and related third party software. Task management and knowledge base standardized on Atlassian.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Regular travel to Humberview business units required each week, therefore, a valid driver's licence and your own vehicle is required. **This is an onsite role, not remote work.**:

- First point of contact for employees requiring assistance with all IT related hardware/software either on-site, or ticketing / phone queue systems.
- Take direction from second level engineers, and management.
- Manage your own support tickets by understanding priorities, updating tickets with solutions, and closing tickets once the issue is resolved.
- Assist with general IT infrastructure projects.
- On-call Saturday support in monthly rotation with team members.
- Other duties as required.

**What We Look For**:

- College diploma in Computer Networking and Administration or equivalent work experience.
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license, a vehicle, and valid insurance.
- Good verbal and written English skills.
- Good customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Good ability to work independently and manage your time.
