Behaviour Interactive is currently looking for a creative, proactive, and strategic
**PR Manager**. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing our games through communication and media relation initiatives that increase their visibility and promote their reputation. The PR Manager will work closely with internal teams and external agencies and will report directly to the Public Relations Team Lead.

**In this role you will**:

- Develop PR plans according to the marketing and production calendars, in line with business objectives and budgets;
- Collaborate with agencies to find new and creative approach angles that will generate diversified and global media coverage;
- Prepare briefings and press materials for agencies for various launches and communication campaigns;
- Collaborate with the Writing Team to provide English versions (and French translations) of press releases and other documents;
- Work with agencies to coordinate press relations in various international markets (America, Europe, Asia);
- Act as point of contact for Canadian media and other close media contacts;
- Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews with spokespersons;
- Organize online and in-person media events;
- Prepare the daily press review;
- Create and maintain communication tools (press kits, press lists, bios etc.).

**What we're looking for**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies or Public Relations;
- 5+ years experience in communication or public relations, working for a company or agency;
- Experience in the video game industry;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English;
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and to set priorities;
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work well with partners at all levels;
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment;
- Strong interest in video games and the industry;
- International PR experience in a B2C environment is a huge bonus

**Dans ce rôle vous devrez**:

- Développer des plans de relations publiques en fonction du calendrier marketing et de production, en lien avec les objectifs d’affaires et les budgets;
- Développer des angles d’approche créatifs et novateurs en collaboration avec les agences afin de générer une couverture de presse internationale diversifiée;
- Préparer des briefings et du matériel de presse pour les agences en vue des divers lancements et campagnes de communication;
- Rédaction anglophone et traduction vers le français de communiqués de presse et autres documents en collaboration avec l’équipe de rédacteurs;
- Coordonner avec les agences pour les relations de presse dans les divers marchés internationaux (Amérique, Europe, Asie)
- Être le point de contact pour les médias canadiens et certains contacts privilégiés;
- Répondre aux demandes médias et organisation des entrevues avec les porte-paroles;
- Organiser des événements de presse en ligne ou en personne;
- Préparer la revue de presse hebdomadaire et mensuelle;
- Créer et mettre à jour les outils de communication (kit média, listes de presse, bios, etc.).

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Baccalauréat en communications ou relations publiques;
- Un minimum de cinq ans d’expérience en communications ou relations publiques en entreprise ou en agence;
- Expérience dans l’industrie du jeu vidéo;
- Excellente communication en anglais et en français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
- Grande autonomie et sens des priorités;
- Service client très développé et facilité d’adaptation à des partenaires de niveaux hiérarchiques variés;
- Grande capacité d’adaptation à des projets en constant changement ;
- Intérêt marqué pour le jeu vidéo et l’industrie;
- Bonus important : expérience en relations publiques consommateur (B2C) à l’international.

Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, la personne retenue sera responsable de mettre en valeur nos jeux, par le biais de la communication et des relations médias, afin d’en accroître la notoriété.
