Lead Finisher

Run flat line machine
- Lead finishing team to produce great results
- When there is a coating issue, staff will see you, if you can't solve the problem, you would be the person to reach out to our paint distributor to help solve the problem. All finishing problems land on you
- Responsible for machine maintenance on the flat line and spray booth. You need to make sure your finishing team is maintaining their equipment. If our equipment has any issues, you are responsible to fix them our get them fixed by suppliers. You would also need to find a solution to keep production on track
- If there are any issues from prep you would need to communicate with our prep team and do any necessary coaching or training with them
- Periodically go though QC process with shop lead hand to ensure finishing team is producing great work
- Ensure all finishing work stations are clean and tidy, and everything has a home

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- cabinet manufacturing/ shop: 1 year (preferred)
- flatline cabinet paint finishing: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
