**E-commerce Manager-Medical Equipment/Devices**

Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional passionate about e-commerce, advertising, and the Ability to develop and handle a new e-commerce platform? Look no further We're looking for a skilled E-Commerce Manager to spearhead our growing business in the medical equipment industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**E-Commerce Strategy Development**: Craft and implement robust e-commerce strategies leveraging Google's suite of tools to optimize search engine visibility, enhance user experience, and drive sales growth.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Lead the charge in optimizing our website for search engines, ensuring that our products are easily discoverable by potential customers searching for medical equipment online.

**Google Advertising Management**: Take the reins in monitoring and optimizing Google advertising campaigns to maximize ROI. Analyze data, refine targeting, and explore innovative approaches to enhance the effectiveness of our online advertising efforts.

**New E-Commerce Platform Development**: Oversee the development and management of a brand-new e-commerce platform. Work closely with developers and designers to create a user-friendly and visually appealing platform that aligns with industry best practices.

**Sales Performance Analysis**: Dive deep into sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement. Implement data-driven strategies to enhance overall sales performance.

**Vendor Collaboration**: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring seamless drop shipments and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Negotiate terms to secure favorable arrangements that benefit the company and our partners.

**Tech Innovation**: Stay ahead of e-commerce technology trends, exploring and implementing new tools and features to enhance our online presence and streamline operations.

**Cross-functional collaboration**: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align e-commerce strategies with broader business objectives. Ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to customer engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in digital marketing with an e-commerce concentration
- 5-7 years hands on experience managing an e-commerce team
- Proven experience in e-commerce management with a focus on drop shipments.
- Strong digital advertising and marketing background, especially with Google Ads.
- Ability to develop and handle a new e-commerce platform from inception to operation.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of the latest e-commerce tools and trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
