As an Estimate Setter, you will play a pivotal role in driving our continued growth and success. You will have the opportunity to engage with homeowners, showcasing our exceptional interior and exterior renovation services and setting up estimates for interested individuals. Your efforts will directly contribute to our impressive track record and further establish our company as an industry leader.
With 1 full year in the game we have taken this company **from nothing to a mid 6 figure company** looking to hit 7 figures this year. Our success can be DIRECTLY attributed to our highly effective marketing campaigns with over 50% of projects being booked in through our dedicated estimate setting team.
No experience? No worries. We hire based on attitude and potential rather than accolades and experience. We want **A-Players** who are hungry to learn and soak up everything there is to know about how to influence and communicate effectively.
In addition to a competitive hourly rate, **we provide bonuses **for setting up estimates so you can exponentially earn as your skills improve. We also offer flexible hours, allowing you to balance school, family, or other work commitments.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
**Salary**: $17.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
