**ACCOUNTABILITIES (Major Responsibilities of the Position)**
- Flexibility and availability to work days, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
- Hands on preparation of food for patients, cafeteria and catering services.
- Responsible to handling cash, giving change, operating cash register.
- Responsible for working in all areas of the kitchen, dish room and cafeteria.
