*Job Summary:*

XLT Energy Rentals is seeking a skilled and motivated Waste Water Technician to join our team. As a Waste Water Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and shut downs of waste water equipment and systems. Your expertise in waste water management will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our projects. If you have a strong background in waste water technology and a commitment to quality work, we encourage you to apply.

*Responsibilities:*
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot waste water treatment equipment and systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of waste water treatment units to ensure proper functioning and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to plan and execute waste water related tasks.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including cleaning, calibrating, and replacing parts as necessary.
- Monitor waste water processes and equipment to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Participate in equipment shut downs and start-ups, following safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collect and analyze waste water samples for quality control and regulatory compliance.
- Record and maintain accurate logs of equipment performance, maintenance tasks, and any incidents.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and health and safety standards.
- Assist in training junior technicians and providing guidance on waste water procedures.
- Stay updated with advancements in waste water technology and industry trends.

*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or vocational training preferred.
- Strong understanding of waste water treatment processes, equipment, and systems.
- Proficiency in conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various outdoor conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
