**Position Overview**:We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to join our team. As a Tour Guide, you will play a crucial role in educating visitors about wolfdogs, their behaviour, and the efforts in place to care for them. You will lead engaging and informative tours, providing a memorable experience for guests while fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for these majestic animals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct guided tours for visitors of all ages, sharing information about wolfdogs, their natural behaviours, and the Sanctuary's mission.
- Ensure the safety of both visitors and animals during tours.
- Answer questions and provide accurate information about wolfdogs, wolf conservation, and related topics.
- Assist in the development and improvement of tour programs.
- Contribute to the overall positive visitor experience by maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Work with the wolfdogs and provide daily care such as feeding and cleaning of enclosures.
**Qualifications**:
- Passion for wildlife conservation and education, particularly in regard to wolfdogs.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of animal behaviour and wildlife conservation is an asset.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lead outdoor tours in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in public speaking, education, or guiding tours is advantageous.

**Salary**: $3,333.33 per month
