International Custom Pak Inc is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the planning and overseeing the execution of activities related to manufacturing of various Health & Beauty products. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Business Development, R&D, and Production teams from initiation to completion of projects to ensure all aspects of projects are executed efficiently and in a timely manner.

**Essential Duties**
- In partnership with the Sales & Business Development teams, liaise with clients to define project requirements, scope of work, timelines, and objectives
- Coordinate samples required during product development stages
- Plan and organize tasks leading to manufacturing including material procurement, inventory tracking, production scheduling
- Track progress, monitor timelines, and follow-up on outstanding items as required
- Monitor the progress and quality of work associated with project deliverables
- Work with clients and internal departments to resolve project concerns or delays
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Oversee timely execution of tasks assigned to internal departments and external vendors
- Prepare weekly project status reports for management review
- Prepare meeting agendas and progress updates for client meetings
- Analyze risks & opportunities as projects evolve
- Develop and implement tools for continuous improvement of project management duties
- Lead special projects and duties as assigned

**How You’ll Succeed**
- Teamwork: You’ll work closely with others and coordinate a portfolio of projects from end-to-end
- Project Coordination: You'll provide support throughout all phases of project lifecycles
- Critical Thinking: You'll monitor progress by making continuous updates and mitigation decisions, and escalating issues when necessary
- Tracking & Reporting: You'll track progress and make recommendations on response plans to project risks and delays

**Experience**
- Undergraduate degree
- 2+ years of project coordination or project management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a large number of projects and varying priorities
- Experience managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, & interpersonal)
- Strong attention to detail
- ou have experience in the MS Office and other tools required to study and present your findings.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
