**L'OPPORTUNITE**

CONTEXTE: Notre équipe Professional Services est dédiée à l'implémentation de notre solution auprès de nos clients en AMER. L'équipe PS AMER grandit encore afin de garantir la satisfaction d'un nombre de plus en plus important de clients. Dans ce contexte de croissance nous sommes á la recherche d'un(e) Implementation Lead - SQL Server afin de renforcer nos équipes.

ROLE: Rattaché à un Directeur de Projet au sein de l'équipe Professional Services, le/la consultant(e) fonctionnel(le) intervient dans les phases d'implémentation du logiciel chez le client et accompagne nos partenaires dans le déploiement de notre solution. Ils intervient dans le recueil et l'analyse des besoins clients, le paramétrage de la solution ainsi que l'accompagnement des clients / partenaires lors des phases de recette utilisateur.

**CE QUE VOUS FEREZ CHEZ NOUS**

En phase de spécification / conception:

- Prépare et anime les ateliers avec le client / partenaire
- Analyse les besoins clients et identifie les écarts avec la solution
- Participe aux phases de prototypage
- Rédige les livrables (compte rendu, spécifications,...)

En phase de réalisation:

- Paramètre la solution Ivalua Buyer
- Garantie la qualité du paramétrage réalisé par les équipes Build / partenaire

En phase de validation:

- Accompagne le client / partenaire sur les phases de recette utilisateur
- Effectue le suivi et la qualification des demandes du client / partenaire

**Compétences et Expérience**:

- Minimum 4 ans d'expérience en tant que Consultant(e) Fonctionel(le) sur des projets d'implémentations d'ERP,
- Une formation en informatique est un plus,
- Connaissance du domaine fonctionnel des achats et des processus métier,
- Expérience significative dans l'implémentation de solutions applicatives ou de systèmes d'information,
- Connaissance du langage SQL,
- Anglais Courant.
