**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative supervision of the appraisal department.
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review appraisals for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Monitor departmental performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity and quality.
- Serve as a liaison between the appraisal department and other departments within the organization.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in property valuation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automobile Damage Appraiser.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and repair procedures.
- Proficiency in using damage assessment software and industry-related tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot even the most subtle forms of damage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make accurate judgments regarding repair costs and valuations.
- Relevant certification or training in automobile damage appraisal is a plus.
