**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning tasks in both residential and commercial settings, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas in commercial spaces.
- Clean and sanitize living spaces, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms in residential settings.
- Empty trash and replace liners in accordance with established procedures.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure effective cleaning and safety.
- Handle special cleaning requests and projects with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Inspect and report any maintenance or repair needs in the cleaning equipment or the premises.
- Adhere to established health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for clients' privacy and property.
- Assist in training new cleaners, when necessary.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on cleaning techniques and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a cleaner in both residential and commercial settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with various cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in tasks.
- Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in cleaning services is a plus.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ownership of a vehicle or a valid driving license is a plus.
