**Reports To**:Project Manager, Multi & Stacked Construction

**Location**:Waterloo, Ontario

Reporting to the Project Manager, Multi & Stacked Construction, the Project Coordinator will primarily provide support in the coordination of construction activities including project planning, schedule management and documentation control.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise directly with Décor and Sales staff to ensure the requirements for the job are provided
- Manage and update Lot Releases to ensure critical items are kept current
- Maintain and track RFI’s and submittals and provide status reports to Management
- Review and evaluate specifications and plans to address discrepancies and ambiguities
- Act as the liaison with sub-contractors to expedite drawings and related information
- Evaluate bids to ensure completeness
- Update and maintain Contracted budgets for each project
- Prepare tenders and conduct comparison analysis to ensure completeness
- Assist with architects and municipalities to resolve issues
- Support Project Manager and provide administrative support as needed
- Other responsibilities within the scope and spirit of the role as required

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Low-Rise/Mid-Rise Residential Construction industry
- Completion of a relevant post-secondary diploma or degree
- Experience working with an ERP is highly desirable
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Able to speak competently and effectively in the English language
