**Hybrid mode**: 3 days at the office and 2 days remotely

**THE ROLE**

Under the leadership of the Project Manager of Retail Accounting Systems, within the accounting team, the project analyst will participate in the various projects affecting the accounting department.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

Here are some ways you can optimize accounting processes:

- Be the point of contact between accounting and IT teams, coordinate and develop solutions for various projects.
- Reconcile all the expectations of the many stakeholders across multiple functional areas affected by the various projects.
- Contribute to improving existing and create new processes.
- Monitor projects under his/her responsibility to ensure that the schedule is respected and that the desired results will be achieved in a timely manner.
- Perform quality assurance using Accounting and IT systems data and approve prior to deployment.
- Provide support to the various accounting teams (Laval and Toronto)
- Provide support related to projects deployed to all our stores across Canada.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

We want you to join our team Here's what we're looking for:
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting OR project management training OR equivalent.

**Experience**:

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or project management.

**Knowledge and skills**:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complex projects in a multi-task environment, meet deadlines and deliver high quality results
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Ability to communicate effectively through written and oral professional exchanges
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of PDI Enterprise and POS systems (an asset)

**Language skills**:

- Bilingualism is mandatory (French and English) in both written and spoken languages, as the person will be required to serve English-speaking regions.
