**Structural Drafter**

Winnipeg Structural Engineering (WSE) is a boutique Structural Engineering firm based in Winnipeg and Winkler, MB. WSE is growing and seeking an experienced Structural Drafter to join our team of collaborative individuals.

**Job Duties**:

- Work under the instruction of the Engineer to complete designs and drafting work within negotiated standards of time, cost and quality
- Resolves checked drawings
- Production of 2D drawings for various clients
- Prepare drawings, sketches and layouts using basic drafting techniques
- Completion of drawings/designs using CAD, Revit and other software
- Pick up redlines on shop drawings & general arrangement packages
- Work both independently and as a team player to complete tasks according to production schedules
- Demonstrate reliability through excellent attendance and on-time completion of assignments
- Communicate orally and in writing with production, coworkers, and contractors in an effective and professional manner
- Proven experience as a Drafter or similar role
- Certificate from technical school or equivalent experience
- Revit experience, Bluebeam coordination experience is considered an asset
- Ability to work overtime and/or extended schedule as needed to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM

**Salary**: Dependent on experience
