Job Title: Sales Representative - Photo Specialty

Territory: Eastern Region Canada, primarily Ontario and Quebec

Travel: Travel up to 50% monthly and may include overnights. A valid Driver’s License is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Primary liaison for new and current accounts.
- Responsible for sales & marketing of Tamron photo lenses within the territory.
- Develop new business opportunities by gathering current marketplace information and by studying existing and potential dealers.
- Arranging meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products.
- Highlight product benefits and key features.
- Build lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with all customers.
- Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
- Following up with customers to inquire into whether purchased products meet their expectations.
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints by investigating problems and recommending solutions
- Identify potential for upsells.
- Responsible for achieving sales goals for the territory.
- Report on sales forecasts and strategic planning in addition to regular sales activities in a timely manner as directed.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience is required, preferably in a photo-related field.
- Fluent in English and French
- Knowledge of photo industry products and Tamron lenses is preferred.
- Understanding of basic photography principles and optical aspects of lenses to serve as technical interface to customers preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, including advanced Excel.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
