Barista

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, crafting delicious beverages, and assisting with retail operations. Whether you're behind the espresso machine creating the perfect latte or helping a customer find the ideal accessory to complement their style, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our patrons.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring quality and consistency with every cup.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Assist customers with retail purchases, offering guidance and recommendations as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and retail space, including stocking shelves and cleaning equipment.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting each other as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in café/barista roles preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and coworkers.
- Passion for coffee, food, and retail with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in Canada.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
