**APERÇU DU POSTE - CHEF D’ÉQUIPE**

Relevant du Gérant de Magasin, vous serez chargé de représenter la marque Frank And Oak, de diriger une équipe engagée et motivée, de dépasser les indicateurs de performance clés ainsi que les objectifs de vente et de rentabilité de votre magasin.

**VOS RESPONSABILITÉS**
- S'assurer que la marque Frank And Oak est représentée à tout moment
- Aider à la formation et au développement d'une équipe engagée et motivée
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente en augmentant les indicateurs de performance clés
- Aider dans l’exécution des directives visuelles et assurer le respect des normes visuelles
- Gestion de l’inventaire
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du magasin
- Construire une communauté à travers des événements et des activations en magasin

**JOB SUMMARY - TEAM LEAD**

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for representing the brand of Frank And Oak, leading an engaging and motivating team, meeting key performance indicators and sales objectives for your store.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure the Frank And Oak brand is being represented at all times
- Assist in training and developing an engaged and motivated team
- Achieve sales objectives by increasing key performance indicators
- Assist in visual setups and ensure a consistent level of visual standards
- Inventory management
- Execute the daily operations of a retail business
- Build community through events and in-store activations
