**Description**:
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKDAYS, EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, AND ALL HOLIDAYS. SOME SHIFTS WILL REQUIRE YOU TO WORK OVERNIGHT 11 PM TO 7 AM
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION AS THERE ARE NO BUSES TO LAKESHORE
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing exceptional customer service by going the extra mile for our guests
- Basic concierge duties such as giving out directions and information about hotel amenities and services
- Checking guests in/out of hotel
- Answering switchboard of multi phone lines
- Responding to guest inquiries and requests, with diligent follow up procedures
- Problem resolution
- Ensuring courteous, efficient, and quality guest service at the front desk
- Full understanding of IHG guest loyalty and other related programs
- Knowledge of Opera PMS an asset
- Must be available to work all shifts. (AM, PM, weekends and holidays)

- Excellent customer service skills and attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
- Able to work supervised or unsupervised
- Team player
- Can anticipate guest’s needs and exceed their expectations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Always maintains a professional and courteous demeanor
- Attention to Detail and time management skills
- Highly organized
- Flexible with great attendance record
