Job Summary:
We are seeking a Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various facilities. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces
- Operate hand tools and power tools to perform cleaning tasks
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
- Assist with custodial duties such as setting up for events or meetings
- Perform light facilities maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Customer service skills to interact with clients or building occupants

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
