The Wedding Concierge's primary function is to make sure the wedding couple is completely at ease on their wedding day. There is no task too small for the Concierge - whether it's sewing a dress, running out for jewelry or making sure the wedding couple has eaten. The concierge does not lose sight of the couple from the moment they step onto the property, until the event has completed. The concierge is the lead server for the head table and responsible for family and guest satisfaction.

This position requires late nights and weekend work, Sunday availability is a must.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- The Wedding Concierge will lead the couple and wedding party through the rehearsal days prior to the Reception date
- Collect and inventory all decor dropped off during the rehearsal
- Assistant manager for the event
- Provide the utmost care for the wedding party from the minute they arrive
- Coordinate ceremony timing with the event manager and chapel coordinator
- Lead wedding party to the ceremony
- Liaison for the couple and day-of contact for all timing needs
- Provide impeccable service to the head table
- Quality control for head table and family tables throughout the event
- Monitor staff adherence to ongoing table maintenance and room cleanliness
- Ownership of property cleanliness and organization
- Preparation and collection for next event
- Assist client with teardown and removal of décor
- Effective and timely shutdown of event space
- Holds event staff accountable to Ancaster Mill’s Standards related to service, presentation, etc
- Completion of event summaries at the conclusion of all events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
