Job Title: Airbnb Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Airbnb Cleaner to join our team on a flexible and on-call basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties in preparation for guest arrivals and after their departures.
- Adhere to strict cleaning standards, ensuring that each property meets and exceeds guest expectations.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas to maintain a high level of hygiene.
- Change linens and replenish supplies to guarantee a comfortable and well-stocked space for guests.
- Pay special attention to delicate and valuable items, ensuring they are handled with care during the cleaning process.
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet turnaround times for new guest check-ins.
- Communicate with property owners and managers to stay informed of specific cleaning requirements and any guest preferences.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked for each cleaning assignment.
- Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals appropriately to protect both personal health and the integrity of the property.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in cleaning and maintaining residential properties, preferably in the context of Airbnb or vacation rentals.
- Understanding of Airbnb cleaning standards and willingness to comply with specific cleaning protocols.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Possess exceptional attention to detail, ensuring no aspect of the property is overlooked during the cleaning process.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable transportation to commute between properties. Reliable transportation is a must have for this position.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to dynamic schedules and accepting on-call cleaning requests.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with property owners, managers, and guests.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as our guests' needs may vary.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and respect for guests' privacy and property.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
