**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their prescription and lifestyle
- Take accurate measurements to ensure proper fit of eyeglasses
- Educate clients on lens options, coatings, and frames
- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed
- Process orders and maintain accurate customer records
- Keep the optical area clean and organized

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in retail management within an optical setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to optometry
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Experience with Epic or similar electronic health record systems
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures for eyewear preparation
- Understanding of optical principles for lens selection
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the optical industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
