**Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant**:
Full time, regular work schedule with the possibility of flex hours and a 50/50 hybrid split (office/home).

**Position summary**:

- You will maintain an accurate record of our company’s business transactions and cash flow through the use of tools such as accounting software

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Keeping all accounting and financial records up to date.
- Keeping both payables and receivables current.
- Preparing cheques and invoices.

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- College diploma and five (5) years’ related experience
- or
- Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year related experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent knowledge of Accounting software
- Competitive salary and vacation allowance commensurate with qualifications and experience.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
