**About the Role**
Here are the primary responsibilities of our Sell-By-Chat Representative role, including but not limited to:
**Responsibilities & Success Metrics**- Success Metrics: Conversion rate on responses for marketing-generated leads, Revenue sourced, and Show rate on Growth Sessions sourced.
- **Build Sales Systems**: Play a pivotal role in building and fine-tuning a highly efficient and responsive lead management system. Create a well-oiled machine capable of seamlessly handling a substantial influx of leads from various channels.- Success Metrics: Rate of change within the SBC machine - Documentation, processes, departmental growth, etc.
- **SaaS Expert**: Engage in insightful conversations with prospective clients by continuously educating yourself on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the specific challenges and opportunities that SaaS companies encounter. Address prospects' pain points and demonstrate how our solutions can make a difference for their businesses.
**Experience and Qualifications**
**Required**
- Proficiency and competence in working in and maintaining quality data in CRM systems
- 6+ months of SaaS, coaching, or intangible sales experience
- Experience consistently holding a quota of $100k/mo
- Chat-based sales experience
- Ability to effectively facilitate multiple ongoing conversations seamlessly over several inboxes and social platforms
- Highly organized
- Self-sufficient
- Must be located in Ontario
**Preferred**
- Knowledge of HubSpot processes
- Ability to mimic writing styles
