**Position Summary**:
The Manager of the Marketing Department will develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance the brand's presence, drive sales, and achieve business objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Marketing Strategies & Campaigns:_
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
- Oversee budget planning and control to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Define integrated marketing communication activities to effectively promote the brand and its products.
- Corporate Branding:_
- Act as the brand custodian implementing the brand guideline to ensure worldwide brand consistency.
- Spread out the brand value through the implementation of the corporate common tools across all channels.
- Implement branding activities in the showroom and office spaces.
- Digital PR:_
- Develop and maintain a PR calendar, establishing partnerships with PR agencies.
- Build and maintain media networks for improved brand exposure and positive press coverage.
- Communications & Product Marketing:_
- Manage product and brand advertisements.
- Handle internal and external newsletters, press releases, and articles to keep stakeholders informed.
- Showroom & Campus Promotions:_
- Coordinate events for Biesse brands attracting potential customers and industry stakeholders.
- Organize customer factory events to showcase products and build strong relationships.
- Plan and execute dealer and agent events to support sales efforts.
- Digital Marketing:_
- Manage SEO, SEM, and SMM activities to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
- Oversee website management to ensure up-to-date and user-friendly content.
- Organize webinars and virtual machine demos for product demonstrations.
- Account-Based Marketing:_
- Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies to target specific customer segments.
- Leverage content marketing to engage and nurture leads.
- Generate demand for products and services through targeted campaigns.
- Marketing Technology:_
- Utilize Power BI and data analytics to gain insights and drive data-driven marketing decisions.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related field.
**Experience**:
- 10+ years in related experience

- Excellent client relations & customer service skills.
- Ability to act quickly and decisively with solutions to unexpected issues.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple demands and sets priorities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to travel domestic and International.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate others.
- Ability to meet deadlines and/or to effectively communicate deviations of deadlines on a daily basis.
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) is a plus
