'''Duties''' - Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs to promote a safe work environment - Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols and best practices - Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions - Collaborate with management and employees to develop strategies for improving safety performance - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in safety regulations '''Experience''' - Proven experience as a Safety Consultant or similar role - In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential hazards and assess risks - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs - Experience in conducting safety audits and inspections Skills: - Fabricate: Ability to fabricate safety equipment or modify existing equipment as needed - Training development: Experience in developing training materials and programs for employees As a Safety Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our organization. You will be responsible for conducting audits, developing policies, providing training, investigating incidents, and collaborating with management to improve safety performance. If you have a strong background in safety regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop effective training programs, we would love to hear from you.
