Responsibilities: - Develop and implement merchandise strategies to drive sales and profitability - Manage the overall visual design and layout of the store to create an appealing and customer-friendly environment - Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise - Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for product assortment improvements - Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and promotions - Train and supervise a team of merchandisers to ensure consistent execution of merchandising standards - Monitor and maintain product displays to maximize visibility and sales impact - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandise decisions Requirements: - Proven experience as a Merchandise Manager or similar role in a retail setting - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in visual design software such as Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, etc. - Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Solid understanding of retail sales principles and techniques - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. **Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
