**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching imperfections.
- Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment efficiently to achieve desired results.
- Work with various types of paints, stains, and coatings, following product specifications and safety guidelines.
- Protect surrounding areas and furniture from paint splatters or damage during the painting process.
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate projects and ensure timely completion.
- Follow project plans, specifications, and color charts to achieve desired outcomes.
- Assist in preparing job sites, including covering furniture, removing fixtures, and protecting surfaces from damage.
- Travel within the Simcoe County area to various project sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Some weekends may be required to accommodate project timelines and client needs.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a painter, with a demonstrated understanding of painting techniques and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time and resources effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
- Valid G/G2 license and a clean driving record and vehicle, allowing you to commute to project sites and ensure timely project execution.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with various painting tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of color theory and the ability to match and blend paint colors.
- Experience in residential and/or commercial painting projects.

**Salary and Benefits**:

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
